What should I do if the bike cannot be locked when I hand it in?

If the lock doesn’t lock when pushed, we recommend:


– Gently rotate the rear wheel and check that the lock is not locked against the spokes, then push the lock in again.
– If the lock still does not lock, we recommend opening the rental in the app, and clicking “Unlock lock”. Po uplynutí 5 sekúnd sa pokúste zámok opäť zatlačiť a bicykel uzamknúť.
– If the situation persists, try repeating the procedure in step 2 once.
